What is Kove?
A health journal you talk to.
Tell Kove your day in your own words. It turns them into a record you own: food, sleep, training, symptoms, whatever you track.

So I never fill in a form?
Never. Type it, dictate it, or send a photo of the plate or the label. When you give me exact portions, I use them. When I have to estimate, I tell you.
You can also save quick-add templates: what you log every day becomes a one-tap shortcut.
Your raw data is always there as a spreadsheet too, to read and edit.

My everyday yogurt. Can you save it? I used to scan the barcode.
Reading the photo
Saved. I read it off the label: 73 kcal and 9.9 g of protein per 100 g, in a 170 g pot. From now on “my yogurt” logs from these numbers, not an estimate.

Third headache this week. And my left knee hurt again on the stairs.
Logging your entry
Logged the headache. Want to start tracking the knee pain too? Then you can see how often it comes back.

Added to your data Knee pain
From now on, Kove fills it in whenever you mention your knee.
Are you going to nag me about streaks?
No. I don't keep streaks, I don't hand out badges, and I never turn a number red. A day over your target looks like any other day, and a day you skip is an empty row. Nothing you log is ever judged.
How has my sleep gone this month?
Reading your journal
Checked your journal
You slept 6.8 hours on average, from 5.7 to 7.5. Every night under 6.5 hours was a day you logged a headache.
Can you build me a push day?
Thinking
Done: six exercises, picked from a library of over 800 movements. You can add your own too. At the gym it turns into a checklist with a rest timer, and every movement comes with its how-to and the muscles it works.

And where does all of this live?
On today's page, next to your targets. And it's not just numbers, it's a journal: I write a short note from what you tell me, and you can add to it in your own words.

From what you told Kove today
Breakfast: Greek yogurt (a pot, about 170 g), a banana (about 120 g) and a coffee.
Up late finishing the slides for Friday's presentation, so a short night.
Walked to work instead of taking the bus. The knee is fine on the flat, it's the stairs.
Underneath, you can view it all as a plain spreadsheet, on one server in the EU, and it's yours: export all of it whenever you like, or delete it and it's gone from the server at once.

What's the catch? What does it cost?

Who's behind this?
Filippo. One person builds me, and logs every day with me.
Every tracker I tried took more time than the meal itself. So I built one I could just text.
